Bought this frame to display as a mini monitor for customers to view, however it would not operate as a mini monitor unless you loaded the software onto your computer...it did not come with the software making this task difficult!

Manual & menu nearly useless

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Have model SPF-107H. Feature set exactly what i want, frame is good looking, image quality excellent. However, unable to load photos (jpg) from Mac or PC via USB cable. Will only display USB jump drive jpg's if not loaded into folder, will not download from jump drive to frame. SDHC Memory Card failure may be fault of bad card. It may be possible to load pictures using Jumpdrive or USB cable but the Operator Manual is useless. On-line just repeats the same scanty useless information. FAQs didn't help, Samsung does not respond to requests for help via email. Navigating on-screen menu so bad/hard, fails to coorespond with the scanty OpsMan, beginning to suspect have a faulty unit.
Can't recommend.

This frame never worked properly. The menu did not function. I returned it to Samsung's repair facility in the original box. They refused to evaluate or repair it because I do not have the sales receipt. This frame was a gift. F V Coville
