Comment:
I can't compare it to other personal color-laser printers, but my Magicolor 1600W has served me very well. My wife (an attorney) and I use it frequently in our home office, and it produces razor-sharp text at a very fast rate. It has only jammed on me ONCE in alomost a year of service (and that was a mis-feed on my wife's part, truthfully). The only downsides are: (a) the initial setup is fairly cumbersome; and, (b) the prices for the replacement toner cartridges are steep. Overall, though, I'd highly recommend this to any small home-office users.
How long have you owned it:
More than six months
Bottom Line
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
