Two phones w/ one base were very usefull. Range was good . BATT's & Chargers flawed. Won't warranty w/o receipt.If WARR. is issued it is for exchange only. Won't buy another V-TECH anyway.

This phone system wears out in 6 to 8 weeks.I have a three phone system, and one and sometimes two phone will malfunction. I have gone through three sets and will be returning this set for a refund and will go to another store to purchases a differed set from a different manufacture.

I love everything about the phone but the lettering like Delete/Mute, Menu/Select,Talk/Flash & Off/Cancel wore out in about a month.
