Happiness is buying online
Well, maybe that’s a slight overstatement, but as this table shows, our respondents who bought electronics online were more
satisfied overall than those who bought at stores. As in the Ratings (available to subscribers), a score of 100 would mean that all respondents were completely satisfied with the shopping experience; 80, very satisfied;
and 60, fairly well satisfied.
