I am a new cook and looked for the best pots and pans for my wedding registry. There are so many good and bad reviews but I found this set to be the best for what i need. I have only bought the 13in fry/saute pan and LOVE it! I cook fish and vegetables everynight. I don't use olive oil and this is the best pan I have owned. I have only used 5x. It says on packaging and directions not dishwasher safe. I use a scrub brush and clean the 13in pan and lid in about 1 min. Easy to clean. Hard to store since it is big and you can't stack pans in it due to scratching. Lifetime warranty! handle doesn't get hot. You pre heat pan before putting food in. food cooks evenly even though this is huge and my flat top stove burner isn't that big. it is a bit heavy but what do you expect for 13in durable pan.

I love my Calphalon cookware. It was the best purchase I have ever made. I recently replaced all of my cheap pots and pans with this cookware and I love it. I don't put it in the dishwasher, but it is so easy to clean that it doesn't matter. We use the special cleaning pad and have no issues with it. We have followed the instructions for using non-stick or wood utensils and we store the pans in a lid rack and have no scratches to report. My husband has even left the food in the pan for over 24 hours and it was still super easy to clean. I absolutely love these pots and pans and would purchase them again if needed.

We got this set as a wedding gift and have been using them for 3 1/2 years. We have a full set of the stainless and we got a couple of non-stick frying pans also from calphalon. The stainless is great b/c it holds up beautifully. You can clean it periodically w/ barkeeper's friend if they start to stain (ours haven't). Before these, I had a set of All-Clad for about 2 weeks which I hated b/c they would discolor so much (rainbow-looking discloration on the bottom.) Also, they look great and have a very contemporary design. I'm sure we will be using these fora long time!

Strength
The stainless steel is really heavy duty. Not easy to scratch.
Weakness
Not easy to take from the cook top when you have a lot of food inside the pan.
I am giving this product the one of the best because the stainless steel is really heavy duty. So, you don't have to worry about broken or scratch. No need to worry about the cancer like other cooking stuff that they put the chemical black surrounding the cooking area. Overall, this is the best product that I never have!

I think this cookwear set is great. My food was cooked very evenly, the handles stayed cool. I would recommend this cookwear set to anyone! This is much better than my nonstick pans.
