At first the pans worked great but now everything sticks. I carefully followed Cuisinart's instructions but these pans are useless.

Comment:
I bought just the 10 inch skillet to use for cooking eggs and chicken. I wanted something that could cook without oil as I bring the pan with me on business trips and didn't want the hassle of bringing along oil. The manufacturer boasts on the product packaging that this pan requires no oil. The pan was awesome for the first few weeks, allowing me to cook without any oil. The food slid out after cooking and cleanup was a breeze with just a soft cloth. However, after just a month the pan has built up some type of crust that causing everything to stick during cooking. Oddly, food still releases easily during the cleanup process. I tried unsuccessfully to clean this crust per the instructions. The problem seems to be getting progressively worse and my last batch of scrambled eggs was left stuck in the pan.

Comment:
two years being stored in stove drawer with stacked iron skillets, lids, etc. and it is unchipped. we just keep a cardboard liner between. shared by different cooks with different cleaning standards means some grease is baked on the bottom. inside spotless. never needs high element heat because it conducts so well, which may contribute to retaining non-stick property.
