Comment:
Best fry pan on the cook top I've ever had. Low scratching, easy to clean. It's heavy, which is good for durability and cooking evenly, but takes a long time to heat up and I need two hands to carry it to the sink. That's okay. I'm so happy with the cooking that I'll take some small downsides.

Comment:
This is fantastic cookware, with superb durability and non-stick surface. Our only problem has been the lid handles, especially on the big pots. The steam vents through this handle, which obviously makes it too hot to handle. Also, the steam (and any soup froth) gets stuck in the handle insides, requiring unscrewing, taking apart, etc. to clean. Also, these handles are tiny, for a very large lid- hard to handle, and hard to clean. So I ended up making my own handles from large turned wood blocks, which work much better.

Comment:
We have owned these pans for almost 10 years...cannot even remember when we bought the first. It was a skillet. Since then we have purchased the 10 piece set and every other piece they make. I never have had any pans that are so all around great, from cooking to clean-up. Too bad they are metal, or I would use them to microwave as well!!! They are worth every penny and then some, in time saved in clean-up if nothing else! I usually just soak them in some hot soapy water while we are eating and then just rinse with a dish brush and they are perfect. I have put them in the dishwasher with great results as well. Only sign of wear after all these years is the red Swiss Cross logo has faded, but the pans are going strong, as good as new! I only wish they made even more sizes of pans, etc. in addition to the basic pans and the few others.
