Best Uses

Comment:
We have used this system for years. It is great. We use it heavily (seven people). Taste or lack thereof is fantastic. Everyone in the family loves the water from the system.

Our only beef is the cost of the cartirdges and the fact that it can only fill a glass at a time. Higher output woudl be btetter for us.

There is nothing good to say about a plumbing system that fails prematurely. This RO system was in service for about 18 months when it started to leak from the automatic shut-off feature. After taking it apart I discovered a deformed diaphragm. Many other people have had the same problem. I bought the parts to repair it but after more thought decided not to give it another chance to flood the house! I will replace it with a different product from another company.

Comment:
I have purchased and installed two of these [...] [$] RO filters. The first started leaking after two years. Since we had purchased expensive new filters, we bought another RO unit. It started leaking after a year. Both have leaked around the automatic shut off valve. I am going to replace it with another brand.
