Comment:
I have owned and used several high quality grills, and this is one of the best cooking grill available. It's proof that you don't have to spend a fortune to for great results. Parts quality is very good. Very easy to assemble. [...]. It excels at both high temp. searing and cooking with indirect heat. Heavy duty SS bar cooking grates hold heat well and produce excellent sear marks. As with most gas grills, for best result with high temp. cooking, only about 1/3 of the grilling surface should be used. Excellent high-low temp. range. Only minor complaints are that it uses a small grease collector, and the rotisserie motor will only handle about 12 lbs. However, all but a small amount of grease is vaporized or burned off during cooking. So, very little actually makes it down to the collector.
