| About This Brand |
|---|
This brand, known for its durability and dependability, went through an entire line and design change in 2007. Weber is known for its quality products in the midpriced to high-priced categories, and grills that feature coated cast-iron and stainless-steel-rod cooking grates and long-warranty stainless-steel burners. (The company offers a natural-gas version for most of its grills.) Weber recently introduced an infrared-searing station on some of its grills, updated its Q line of portable grills, and added colors to its entire lineup. Weber grills are available at many retailers nationwide. Grills range in price from $130 to $3,000. Note that Weber acquired Ducane about four years ago. |

I am a lousy BBQ cook and used to burn just about everything. Not with this baby. I guess the main reason is that there no flare ups due to the smart design of the the grill and the burners. My grill sits on a table in the back yard summer and winter without cover and it still looks and works great after two years of exposure. My area gets really hot in the summer and really cold and snowy in the winter. I grill all year round. When the temperature outside gets to be -40C I use the grill just to sear and mark and finish inside in the oven. I would recommend an adapter for a 20lb propane tank. It will last for months.

I love this little grill. It is perfect for cooking for 2-4 people, but I used it to cook burgers for 30 and was able to put at least 9-11 burgers on at a time. It provides even heat (doesn't seem perfectly even, but I have never had a problem with burning anything while waiting for others to be done or anything like that). The small propane containers last much longer than I expected, are very easy to work with, and are inexpensive. I also purchased the rolling cart for this grill, and I'm glad I did. I am very pleased with my purchase, and would definitely recommend this grill to others!
The only downside I can think of is the lack of any side tray, but I did notice that the Baby Q 200 has side trays, so that might be worth looking into.
