I was amazed that Consumer's Reports rated this grill lower than my experience with it. I've owned countless gas grills, but this is the best yet. It gets hot! Best searing grill, best indirect cooking grill. I like the rugged plastic base that will not rust. The grill is priced less than most grills rated higher, and to me is superior. I suppose you have to own and use this grill to appreciate it's quality.

great heat control, can maintain below 250 if desired or get really hot (as with any grill don't be stupid and leave unattended). Excellent for indirect cooking

Upgraded from a decade old BBQ to this model and am very impressed by the value and quality of the unit. Every meal that I have put together with this so far has turned out perfect. Assembly was very quick and the fit and finish is very good. Great flame control and fast heatup.
