Comment:
WOW ... I love grilled food and the ease of this indirect cooking method with NO flame-ups is great!! Food comes off tasting like a 'High-end' Restaraunt FOR REAL. And if you like smoked - drop wood pellets (dry) thru the grates and they smoulder to perfection; never catching fire. You will look like a chef with perfectly cooked food and no charred Meat ... what a concept, huh? <br />Bonus: And, its the cheapest grill I have bought in the last 30 years.

Comment:
Have had this for 3 years and taken great care of it but infrared kettles have rusted out and been replaced 2x and the igniter went out after 13 months. the parts to replace cost more than another grill. emailed char broil about all the problems and was basically told tough luck....NEVER will I buy another char broil product again. should have bought the Weber to begin with!

Comment:
Okay, reviews drive me crazy with one with a worst grill ever followed by one with best grill ever. I don't get it... In my case, this grill has worked perfectly with one exception. Within a week after purchase the igniter quit working. I have a maint. background and I was able to determine it was the switch itself. Came up with a temporary work around which became permanent by jumpering the switch leads until the grill lit. This has worked fine up until recently, about a year after purchase. Now it won't ignite at all. This is more problematic as the flames are hidden by the ir tech so I can't just insert my lighter in. Igniter technology has been around for decades, why can they still not get it right?
