Bought this to strengthen my quad before partial knee replacement, that was almost 2 years ago and haven't stopped using it. My son used it for endurance training before joining the military. Great machine. Many crossramp and resistance levels. Not one bad thing about it.

I am 73, & i have limited ability in walking distances. Also, I have a bad back. Well, a couple years ago, my doctor said this machine was my only chance at being fit, & controlling my weight. I use this machine 4 times per week for 35 minutes. It is my lifesaver.
The screen is average for an eliptical. It doesn't have stereo sound, a tv screen, or a I-pod dock. But for me, there are enough programs to satisfy most users.
The body of the unit is exceptionally sound, & doeen't rock. The noise is about average for these units & i use headphones( by Bose)to keep the time going.
At my age, I am not that interested in warranties, but after listening to the store, I bought an extened warranty which will take care of everything for 10 years.
No matter what I write, or anyone else, you have got to go into a store & try it out.

Comment:
My wife and I use this equipment instead of going to a gym to use similar equipment. We have other fitness equipment in our house as well. Between the two of us, we use it almost every day. I love that it has a memory for two users to remember age, weight and last program used. I wish that it had a couple more program choices, but it has most of the ones I have seen elsewhere.
