What a piece of garbage! After the first five minutes, it vibrated like jello in an earthquake. My hands were so numb I could not do anything for half an hour. The thing is heavy and quite clumsy also. As a blower, power was good. As a vacuum, it didn't pick up much. I noticed my neighbor has one just like it so I went over and asked his opinion. He said his broke down in the middle of the season and he just never bothered to take it back.<br /><br />Enough is enough. Back to Home Depot you go. Goodbye and good riddance.

Used around the house, the blowing function was great, the vacume attachment was horrible. The machine broke down within the first year, avoid this if you can.

This blower Vac has delivered as promised after 2 months of use this Fall. I believe that many of the problems reported about the motor burning out are due to using an electric cord with insufficient Amp Rating/Gauge. I began having similar trouble with a previous blower/vac, until upgrading to an appropriate gauge cord: which I still have and use with this model.<br />The metal blades are the reason I purchased this Ultra model, vs the Super model that only has plastic blades.
