starting smoking during 1st use

I just bought and used for less than 5 minutes. Suddenly jammed and I smelled something burning. I turned upside down and smoke was coming out of motor. I took back immediatley and received a full refund. Salesperson did not seem surprised when I said it was smoking and almost caught on fire.

Like everyone else says:<br />it eats string;<br />it isn't deadly, but it may well hurt you;<br />it breaks easily;<br />parts are hard to find.<br /><br />You spend more time working on it than working with it. It has turned me off to B&D, a brand name which I have always trusted.
