Comment:
Had to pry hub apart with screwdriver, impossible to get string inside the diameter of the spool then place hub back on which has two tabs that must slide between spool and housing. It would appear that bump stop would rarely work. B&D need to replace spool with the non-spool string design

Comment:
After 5 minutes' use, the string jammed constantly, requiring manual tinkering to feed the string out. The 'tap and go' feeder never worked. By the end of an hour's use, the string was permanently jammed on the spool and would not feed at all.
