starting smoking during 1st use

I just bought and used for less than 5 minutes. Suddenly jammed and I smelled something burning. I turned upside down and smoke was coming out of motor. I took back immediatley and received a full refund. Salesperson did not seem surprised when I said it was smoking and almost caught on fire.
