Light switch receiver can overheat and catch fire.
Products: 1.3 million Handy Switch wireless remote switches sold nationwide from 3/07 through 7/09 for $10 to $15. Idea Village has had reports of nine fires.

Paula Deen cast-iron cookware
Cookware can crack or shatter.
Products: 51,000 Paula Deen 11-inch cast-iron grill pans and griddles sold through QVC, www.qvc.com, and QVC retail stores from 10/07 through 7/09 for $35 to $55. They were sold as QVC item numbers K14984, K11970, and K135024. There have been 79 reports of cookware cracking or shattering while heated.
