Bally Total Fitness balls
An overinflated ball can burst while being used, and user could fall.
Products: 3 million Bally Total Fitness, Everlast, Valeo, and Body Fit fitness balls sold at department stores and fitness retailers
from 5/00 through 2/09 for $15 to $30. Balls were sold with pump and inflation instructions, in 55-, 65-, and 75-centimeter
diameter sizes. The manufacturer, EB Brands, received 47 reports of balls bursting, including reports of a fracture and multiple
bruises.

Joyfair women’s shoes (Walmart)
Heels on shoes can easily detach, and wearer could stumble and fall.
Products: 200,000 pairs sold at Walmart stores from 6/08 through 12/08 for about $13. Shoes are sling-back, pointed-toe, “George” brand
in black, gray, and purple.
What to do: Stop wearing the shoes and return them to any Walmart for a full refund. Call Walmart at 800-925-6278 or go to

Philips Senseo coffeemaker
Electrical fault and buildup of calcium from hard or medium water can cause obstruction in coffeemaker, boiler can burst,
and user might get burned.
Products: 155,000 Senseo one-cup coffeemakers sold at Walmart, Target, and Safeway stores and online at www.amazon.com from 7/06 through
3/09 for $60 to $140. Model numbers are HD 7810, HD 7811, HD 7815, HD 7820, HD 7832, and HD 7890.
