Driving pin might have been manufactured incorrectly. May result in unexpected loss of steering, which might cause a crash.
Models: 62 Mercedes-Benz GL Class, Mercedes-Benz ML Class, Mercedes-Benz R Class.
What to do: Have dealer replace powersteering gear assembly.

2008 Mitsubishi Outlander
Stomp lamp switch might have been contaminated during assembly. That might affect the illumination of the brake lamps.
Models: 3,963 vehicles.
What to do: Have dealer replace the stomp lamp switch.

2005-2009 Nissan models
In areas where there is a heavy usage of road salt, the Crash Zone Sensor might rust internally. May result in non-deployment of front air bags in a crash.
Models: 27,695 2005-2009 Nissan Frontier, Nissan Pathfinder, Nissan Xterra.
What to do: Have dealer replace the Crash Zone Sensor.

2005 Dodge Durango
Fuel tank inlet check valve might not fully close after refueling. If fuel escapes from fuel tank filler tube, it might result in fire.
Models: 430 vehicles.
What to do: Have dealer inspect and, if necessary, replace fuel tank assembly.

2008-2009 Dodge Ram
Drag link inner tie rod attachment might fracture. That might restrict ability of the driver to turn the vehicle in a particular direction.
Models: 8,040 2500 and 3500 pickup trucks.
What to do: Have dealer replace drag link inner tie rod assembly. The steering damper should also be inspected and, if required, damper bracket and bolts should be replaced.

2007-2009 Mazda CX-9
Vehicles equipped with power-adjustable seat with position memory function might be subject to chafe damage. That may cause the seat position to activate unexpectedly.
Models: 3,510 vehicles.
What to do: Have dealer inspect and secure seat harness as required.

2008-2009 Mitsubishi Lancer and Outlander
Brake booster check valve might stick closed when engine is shut off.
Models: 14,962 vehicles.
What to do: Have dealer replace the brake booster check valve.

2009 Mercedes-Benz ML-Class
Faulty taillight seal might allow water to enter rear compartment. Water contamination could disable power liftgate motor.
Models: 1,422 vehicles.
What to do: Have dealer replace taillight seal and reposition the power liftgate control unit.
