H. pylori infection

Duodenal ulcers
Your duodenum is the part of your gut just below your stomach. A duodenal ulcer is a sore or hole in the lining of your duodenum.
It happens when your stomach makes too much acid. The extra acid travels down into your duodenum, where it kills the cells
in the lining.
More than 9 in 10 duodenal ulcers are caused by H. pylori.
