This foaming cleanser was among the best we tested, and the tube's flip-top makes it easy to travel with or to use in the shower. It's not cheap but it's a lot less expensive than top-rated La Prairie, $70.

Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Cleansing Pads $7
Olay Daily Facials, Hydrating, Normal to Dry $7

Both received very good or excellent scores in cleaning and were convenient and easy to use. The Aveeno pads, which are pre-moistened, have two sides: One feels more textured and exfoliates the skin, and the other is smoother and cleans the face. The Olay cloths, which require water, were very good cleaners and had a nice fragrance.
