A recent review of more than 150 studies of diet and heart disease confirmed that consuming trans-fatty acids might harm your heart. An analysis we conducted through an outside lab brings better news: Arby's, Burger King, Chick-Fil-A, KFC, McDonald's, and Wendy's all meet claims that they've cut trans fat from chicken pieces. Per serving, chicken nuggets or strips from their restaurants in five cities across the U.S. had no more than 0.3 gram of trans fat (0.5 g or less qualifies a food as trans-fat free).
