Consumers Union is pleased to provide you with a free application to help you track your medications. No information of any kind, including any personal information, is collected by Consumers Union in relation to My Medication Tracker. No registration is required to download My Medication Tracker. We do not place any cookies on your computer.

The information you enter into this application is stored only on your desktop computer. The application is protected by the password you select when you create your account. The data that you enter is encrypted. Once you download the application to your desktop, Consumers Union plays no role in the security of your information, beyond providing you with this secure application. We cannot assist you if you forget your username and password. Consumers Union is not responsible for providing technical support for this free, grant-supported application. Please check the Frequently Asked Questions page for helpful tips on using the application, and consult the User Guide for more information.

You are responsible for the security of the health information you enter into this database. Do not write down or share your username and password. If you create a report using this program, it is your responsibility to ensure the privacy of the document. The report may be saved, printed and/or emailed, but the documents that you can create do not have any security features.
